Runs the Pro Shop, teaches the lessons, manages the tee sheet, and picks up the phone when you call about a 7 AM frost delay. Certified by the Canadian Professional Golfers' Association.

Course Superintendent
Keeps the greens running the speed you expect, the fairways mowed on the rotation the members ask for, and the irrigation working. First person on the course every morning and the last call on frost delays or cart-path-only days.

Brenda Hyson
Accounting
Handles membership billing, corporate invoicing, tournament receivables, and the Fall Early Bird program. If you have a question about what you paid, when, or why, Brenda has the answer.
And the rest of the crew
Beyond the three above, Birchbank is kept running by a rotating crew of Pro Shop attendants, greens staff, and Bistro servers, mostly Kootenay locals, many returning summer-over-summer. You'll meet them when you come out. We'll add portraits and handles here as the team sits for photos.
